Booking a salon appointment is easy! Simply download our app, search for salons near you, select your preferred services and time slot, and confirm your booking. You'll receive an instant confirmation.

To become a salon partner, visit our website and click on "For Salon Owners" or contact our business team at [email protected]. We'll guide you through the onboarding process.

We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, digital wallets, UPI, and cash on delivery for product purchases. For salon services, payment options may vary by salon.

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment through the app up to 2 hours before the scheduled time. Go to "My Bookings," select the appointment, and choose "Cancel" or "Reschedule."

We offer a 7-day return policy for unopened products in their original packaging. For damaged or defective items, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
