At Blunek, we strive to provide reliable and efficient shipping services for all our products. This shipping policy outlines our procedures for processing and delivering orders to ensure you receive your items in a timely manner.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you via email if there are any significant delays in processing your order.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days for delivery across India.
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days for delivery to major cities in India.
- Same-Day Delivery: Available only in Surat for orders placed before 12 PM.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and other factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or transportation delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, shipping method, and delivery location:
- Standard Shipping: ₹50 for orders under ₹500, FREE for orders above ₹500.
- Express Shipping: ₹100 for all orders.
- Same-Day Delivery (Surat only): ₹80 for all orders.
Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website or mobile app.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within India. We hope to expand our shipping services to international locations in the future.
Shipping Restrictions
Some products may have shipping restrictions due to their nature or local regulations. If a product cannot be shipped to your location, you will be notified during the checkout process.
Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
Please note that we may require photographic evidence of damaged packages to process your claim.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.
