Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition you received it.
- The product must not be damaged, and all product tags and labels must be intact.
- The return must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personal care items that have been opened or used (for hygiene reasons).
- Products that have been personalized or customized for you.
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers.
- Downloadable products and digital content.
- Products marked as "non-returnable" or "final sale" at the time of purchase.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the product.
- Package the product securely in its original packaging along with the return authorization number.
- Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us unless the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. If the return is approved:
- For products with manufacturing defects or that were shipped incorrectly, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- For products returned due to customer preference or other non-defect reasons, a store credit or exchange may be offered instead of a monetary refund.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to process and appear in your account, depending on your payment provider's policies.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:

Cancellations
